Q: I placed my order. When should I expect it?
A: In stock items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed for custom builds require a 50% upfront deposit to start the build. Shipping depends on the complexity and parts availability of the requested custom build. We will provide you with a build date when the order is placed.
Q: Do you offer warranty?
A: We offer lifetime warranty on all of SLR parts but do not accept any returns.
Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: No, we are strictly an online based company.
Q: How do I get a firearm shipped to me?
A: You will need to find an FFL dealer (Federal Firearms Dealer)near you to send us a copy of their FFL. We can help you find a FFL if you are unable to locate one in the area where you live. We will ship directly to the FFL dealer where you can take delivery of your firearm.
